Ride the Wave – Zen Life

Jessica shares how embracing the energy around you can make a difference in your life!

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” -Nikola Tesla

Physics has demonstrated the concept of every living thing having its own energy. Energy can be measured in waves. Energy can be found in a number of different forms. It can be chemical energy, electrical energy, heat (thermal energy), light (radiant energy), mechanical energy, and nuclear energy. Energy creates, does work, moves, gives, and takes. Electromagnetic waves are created by the vibration of an electric charge. This vibration creates a wave which has both an electric and a magnetic component. Simply put, there are force and flow energies.

We must understand that all things, including objects, people, food, music, plants, animals, water, and more, consist of vibrations. It has been scientifically established that everything is energy, meaning everything vibrates, and the scientific word for it is “electromagnetic”. Electro is “out” and magnetic is “in”.  This is going on in everything around us. You can literally attract and give off a good mood, a good energy, or you can do the opposite and give out and receive negativity. It’s the law of attraction or the law of electromagnetism. You can surf the “waves” of energy frequencies of positivity or negativity every day.

Humans like all living life forms are made up of cells, which form the physical body. There is more to a human body than the naked eye can see, like vibrational frequencies. Every living thing has its own energy. So this means foods, essential oils, music, thoughts, other people, events, and more, have a frequency you can tune into. Think of it like a radio. You can adjust the dial to get to a radio station you like. You can do this with your life. You are in control of the dial of your health, your body, and your thoughts. You are like an antenna, taking in signals and giving out signals.

David Hawkins, MD, PhD, points out that emotions like humiliation and guilt are at very low 20 and 30 vibrational levels on the Scale of Consciousness, and that at a vibe less than 200, their effect on any group is likely to be negative. So, if you were to measure at, say, 700 or higher, you would be considered in an enlightened vibrational level according to his technique of determining personality and vibration levels. Nikola Tesla was an amazing and accomplished American inventor of electrical technology. Nikola Tesla (1856 – 1943) said that if you could remove certain outside frequencies that interfered in our bodies, we would have greater resistance toward disease. Back in the 1920’s to 1930’s, Dr. Royal Raymond Rife, M.D., positively treated hundreds and hundreds of patients with incurable cancer. The idea that high frequencies could help people is not new.

If you are living in a low frequency, low vibration, your health is most likely not great; things may feel like they are moving slow or stagnant. You probably have low energy. You may be dealing with lots of stress, depression, and anxiety. When you are living in a high frequency, a high vibration, your health and well-being will be at its best. You will feel like life is moving forward. You will be in the flow of your purpose. You will look and feel vibrant. I am pretty sure it’s safe to assume you would rather be living a healthy and abundant life, and not living life in a dull state. So it’s time to grab your surfboard and go after that radical wave, climb to the peak of that magnificent mountain, or whatever symbol fits your style.  Life is magical, filled with love, opportunity, and creativity. You should be dialed into that channel. There is no reason to be stuck in the mud, unless of course you are in a mud bath. 😉
